Invitation strategy decision. Enter the access code from Joe's email.
These are not variations on one plan. They spend different money, they fill the room with different people, and they fail in different ways. Pick one and the rest of the work is unblocked: Ani orders print, builds the HubSpot send, and the Client Managers get their assignments.
This is the substance of the decision, recorded from their July 30 call so you are not refereeing it secondhand.
Send the email to the full list next week as a first layer. Past CTS events have under-attended, roughly 20 percent of invitees actually come, and hand-delivering 35 invitations will not produce 35 acceptances. Volume is the safety net.
Do not send a mass email within a week of a hand-delivered invitation. It cheapens what was put in someone's hand, and if the personal round works, a wide email crowds a captive room of senior people with guests CTS never prioritized.
Order roughly 80 invitations. Do not blind-mail them; Client Managers hand-deliver a share and email first to arrange the handoff. The event matters because it is local. Eventbrite is live and the HubSpot email is built, so the only blocker is a vetted list and a decision.
Two dates carry money. September 4 is the last clean exit, and October 7 is the point where the room is paid for regardless.
None of these block your strategy pick, but each one changes execution. Answer them in your notes above, or tell Joe to chase them.
Charter school clients only. Mark each person Must, Want, Backup or No. Must-have is the room you are actually trying to build, so watch that count against the seats. Rank and notes are optional; every field saves as you type and Joe and Ani see exactly what you leave here.
Every school here carries up to three senior options, always including the head of school or CEO where ConnectWise has one on file. People marked NEW were not on Mary's reachout list; they were added to give you a real choice of who represents each school. Filter to them and keep or drop them as you see fit.
